Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can we make a group booking?

    Yes. A company, sales manager or a group of sales consultants can book an exclusive session. There will be a minimum number required to make the session viable. Use our CONTACT US page to organise a date and location to suit.

  • My location is not listed, can I still book?

    Yes. If your preferred date or location does not appear as a current session on our calendar, use our CONTACT US page to organise a date and location to suit.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Payment is required at time of booking via our online booking system. PayPal, debit and credit cards are all accepted. 

  • If I cancel, can I get a full refund?

    On occasion cancellation due to sickness is unavoidable. We will happily credit you for another suitable session once you've recovered.

  • Do you offer multiple sessions at our own office?

    Yes. We can travel to your preferred location and train at different levels throughout the day. For example: an 2-hour Energiser session in the morning, a 2-hour Accelerator session in the middle of the day and a 2-hour Dominator session in the afternoon. We can also add One-on-One sessions on the day before or after. In short, we can agree an itinerary that suits your business.

  • Is there a minimum number of delegates required for a session to go ahead?

    We require a minimum number of delegates for each session to be financially viable. It's also location dependant. We aim to  be as accomodating as possible. Use our CONTACT US page to discuss your requirements.

  • Do you train via video conferencing?

    Our preference is face-to-face as energy levels and interactive engagement makes each session more productive and valuable. However, video conferencing is definitely a viable alternative. Use our CONTACT US page to discuss your requirements.

  • I'm not in real estate but I am in sales, which sessions would be appropriate for me?

    Our Energiser, Accelerator and Dominator sessions would be more suitable for your requirements. They are far less real estate specific but still highly focused on sales psychology, critical relationship building and negotiation skills. These three sessions, or a One-on One session would be most suitable for your needs. 

  • Do you offer discounts or loyalty programmes?

    We are currently researching a loyalty programme which will be most beneficial to all. If your intention is to use us frequently, and in high volume, we are always happy to have a conversation. Use our CONTACT US page to open a dialogue. 

  • Does this qualify as non-verifiable CPD?

    Yes. Each of our individually crafted training sessions and our purchased Knowledge Nuggets videos contribute towards your yearly non-verifiable training requirements. While the REA does not expect non-verifiable hours to be reported, you may be required to provide proof that at least ten hours has been completed. We suggest you keep your invoice/s as proof that you have completed at least ten hours.
